On Friday, Sept. 7, Bedford County Sheriff’s Investigators along with State Police Special Agents received information from a concerned citizen about a possible methamphetamines operation in the Thaxton area of Bedford Country.
Based on complaints, investigators responded to Breezy Ridge Road and made contact with the residents. Based on preliminary investigation, a search warrant was obtained and served at that location in the early morning hours of Sept. 8.
According to a report from the BCSO, investigators discovered an operational methamphetamine lab in use in the residence along with numerous firearms. The State Police Clandestine Lab Team responded to process the scene. Bedford County investigators arrested two individuals in relation to this offense who were at the residence when the search warrant was executed.
Bryant Edward Reynolds, 47, of Thaxton was arrested on one count of manufacturing methamphetamine along with related firearms charges. He is currently being held without a bond.
Danielle Norman Reynolds, 37, of Thaxton was also arrested on one count of manufacturing methamphetamine along with related firearms charges. She also is currently being held without a bond.
