Bedford man arrested on child porn charges

Clinton Joseph Kuster, 26, of South Street in Bedford was arrested on July 1 at his residence on child pornography charges, according to a release from the Bedford County Sheriff's Office.

Kuster has been charged with the following:

• Possession, reproduction, distribution, and facilitation of child pornography first offense, punishable by not less than five years nor more than 20 years in a state correctional facility; and
