Two books recently pulled from the shelves of Bedford County schools have prompted the school system to set up a committee to look into how new books are reviewed before being added to the libraries.
A review of the process will be given to the Bedford County School Board in December, along with any recommendations for changes.
The committee includes library media specialists from every middle and high school as well as 11 representing the county's elementary schools.
