Bulletin traffic alert: EASTBOUND ROUTE 460 CLOSURE IN BEDFORD COUNTY TO BECOME LONG-TERM WORK ZONE

SALEM – Cleanup from an overturned tanker truck will require a long-term closure of the eastbound lanes of Route 460 in Bedford County near Montvale.

Both eastbound lanes of Route 460 near its intersection with Route 726 (Wilkerson Mill Road) have been closed since last night.

The Virginia Department of Transportation has set up traffic control with two-way traffic on Route 460 diverted into the westbound lanes for approximately 0.7 mile.
