If you happen to frequent the Web, you may have noticed a new look to the Bedford Bulletin's Web site.
And you might have also noticed not everything's quite yet working right.
The Bulletin?s Web site will remain ?under construction? while it is converted to accommodate new features and positioning of content.
Changes will be phased in during the coming weeks. Some features and links may temporarily be out of service while the changeover takes place.
Some sections, such as the calendar of events, are in a temporary format that will become more user-friendly when the site is finished. We're also working diligently to have the classified ads available in some format.
When complete, the site will offer a feature to allow searches for articles, advertisements, real estate, auctions automotive public notices and legal notices.
One new feature that has already started is a more frequent updating of content. Some stories are being posted on days between the print editions of the newspaper, and we will sometimes post expanded online editions of articles that feature additional information not found in the print version.
New stories are being added all the time, and links appear in the list of "Latest Headlines" on the left side of the home page.
The archives and comment features have been temporarily suspended due to the site being moved to a new hosting platform. They will return later.
We appreciate your patience during the transition. We feel that once its complete, you'll find a much-better online experience from our Web site.
