    Delegate Kathy J. Byron (R-Campbell), chairman of the House Committee on Science and Technology, last week announced her candidacy for an eighth term representing the 22nd District in the Virginia House of Delegates.  Having already secured the Republican nomination, Byron’s name will appear on the ballot in the November 8 General Election.
