Chair Yoga with Kathy Graham @ Montvale Library

Kathy Graham, a local Yoga instructor, will challenge participants with slow and attentive movements that encourage mental clarity, flexibility, wellness, strength and stability, balance and posture and possibility even relieve aches and pains.  Chair Yoga will introduce beneficial ways to loosen joints, stretch muscles, and improve health in and beside a chair.  This program is open to all regardless of age, gender, size, abilities or limitations.
