That’s the thought that ran through Malori Bennett’s mind when she asked Carl and Mary Matice, owners of Cao Artisan Chocolate to join her in her new business. The new business is Parallel Cafe, a coffee shop that opened its doors on North Bridge Street on Dec. 1.
