Bedford County Sheriff?s Office investigators received a complaint on Oct. 1, 2007, of possible improper conduct by a former teacher towards a former student at Staunton River High School.

Bedford County Sheriff?s investigators along with Bedford County Social Services Child Protective investigators and officials with the Bedford County School System investigated the complaint.
