  This could be the one.

The terms "Jefferson Forest girls basketball" and "Seminole District championship" have been somewhat mutually exclusive.

That could very well change this season.  The Lady Cavs appear to have a solid shot at Seminole supremacy.  A title would be a nice "welcome back" gift to Head Coach Paul Redgate.
