Group home faces shortfall

     Andy Crawford, Bedford County’s director of social services, brought a problem to the Board of Supervisors’ budget work session, Monday evening.
    The work session was dedicated to enterprise funds, county services that are supposed to pay their own way due to the revenue they generate. Bedford County Group Homes is one of these.
