Gunnoe approved for water authority

    The new Bedford Regional Water Authority now has a full board of directors. The Water Authority is part of the City of Bedford's reversion agreement with the county. Under the aggreement the city and county each appointed three members to the Authority's first board of directors. These members then chose the seventh member, whose appointment had to be confirmed by both the board of supervisors and city council.
