Just last week we were all a part of an important chapter in American history as we witnessed the historic Inauguration of our 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama.  Every four years we come together as a nation, at noon on January 20th, to mark the start of a President’s new term.  This year was particularly significant since we swore in the first African American as President.
