Lynch sentenced for possession of child porn

Kevin Mark Lynch, 43, will spend two years of active jail time for possession of child pornography. Lynch was sentenced, Tuesday, in Bedford County Circuit Court.
    Last month he pleaded guilty to 15 counts of possession of child pornography. He received a 10-year sentence, with eight years suspended.
    Lynch had worked professionally, counseling long-term substance abusers and Defense Attorney John Bradley presented character witnesses, one of whom testified to how Lynch’s work helped her turn her life around.
