Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has vetoed legislation that would prohibit state censorship of certain military chaplains’ sermons, even though it easily passed through both the House and Senate Chambers. If there’s any silver lining, there just may be enough votes to override the governor’s short-sighted veto.
