Mayberry Hills opened a new phase in its build-out, called Courtyards at Mayberry, with a ribbon cutting at the model for the patio houses that it will offer.

“It’s one of three different models we have here,” said Jody Lyons of Lyons Team Realtors.
Lyons said that this type of house is being built to meet market demand for one-level living. The patio house section of Mayberry Hills will include a pool and a clubhouse, Maintenance, including the siding and roof of each house, is handled via a neighborhood association, making the houses maintenance free. The houses are an Epcon Homes and Communities design. Lyons said that this company has been in business for 20 years.
The model house is the smallest of the three house designs being offered. It has 1,770 square feet of space — 2,200 counting the attached garage. The patio houses will start at $255,000.
The ribbon cutting event also provided an opportunity for Downtown Moneta eateries to show off what they offer. They provided the food for the ribbon cutting’s buffet lunch.
