Moses Kahn of Forest Hills, N.Y., was arrested on February 25 on 13 counts of “Use of a communications system to facilitate certain offenses involving children.”
Kahn engaged in sexually explicit communications with a person he had reason to believe was a
minor female in Bedford County.
Investigators with the New York Police Department assigned to the New York Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and investigators with the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force took Kahn into custody without incident at his residence in New York.
Kahn waived extradition and was transported back to Bedford County.
Kahn is currently being held under a $75,000 bond in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail, Bedford Facility.
