Remembering their service

The response to the question was telling.

At a Veterans Day event at Bedford Middle School Monday, one speaker asked the students and staff of the school to stand if they had a relative serving in the military.

An overwhelming majority in the audience stood.

Sometimes we forget just how many folks are daily serving to keep our nation free. And sometimes we forget how many that service touches along the way.
