Our next president is going to face some serious international problems over the next four years. We will ignore these at our peril.
Russia will not be one of these, in spite of Russian President (or is it Tsar?) Vladimir Putin’s apparent determination to be a huge pain in the butt. The reason for this is that Russia simply does not have the economic resources to allow Tsar Vladimir I to be the global player he wants to be. At least, Russia is no match for the United States’ capacity for global influence.
