 Ladies and gentlemen, please give it up for John Goss!

Who?

John Goss.  He was recently named as our Asian Carp Czar.

Goss joins a roster of (at last count) 38 other czars in this republic of ours.

Before I get into my ruminations on the need for a carp czar, let me digress.

We have 39 czars in this administration.

To be fair, we had 32 in the previous administration.

George H. Bush had two czars.  Ronald Reagan had one.
