Ten county residents indicted on prescription drug charges

A Federal Grand Jury sitting in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia in Roanoke has charged ten individuals with conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute and distribution of a variety of prescription drugs, as well as other charges.

In an indictment returned under seal on January 17, 2013 and unsealed late Wednesday following the defendants’ initial court appearances, the grand jury has charged the following:
