William Jack Hancock, 79, of Chamblissburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, Aug. 16, 2010.
He was born Dec. 28, 1930, son of the late William Benjamin Hancock and Mary Etta Montgomery Hancock. A nephew, Kevin Hancock, also preceded him in death.
Jack served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a farmer and retired from GE in 1988 after 32 years of service. He was a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church.
