Josh Ball left last week’s Bedford Town Council meeting a bit frustrated.
Ball opened a homeless shelter in 6 C’s Shopping Center last fall. He is opening the office that will serve as a counseling and training center just a couple of doors down. The problem he was facing is that he doesn’t have a great deal of money available and the $600 deposit the electric department wanted was going to hit the ministry hard. He came to council to ask that the fee be waived or reduced.
