  • Reliable allies

The United States has a bad track record of leaving allies to hang out and dry. We did that with South Vietnam when North Vietnam unified the country by force after we withdrew combat troops.

    Appreciation for response

On behalf of Lake Christian Ministries board members, cherished volunteers and the hundreds of SML-area neighbors who we assist each week, I would like to publicly express our awe and sincere appreciation for the Lake Community’s response during the “Roanoke Valley Gives” on-line fundraising event last week.

  • Wiretap claim another Trump absurdity

It’s been reported that even Donald Trump’s aides and Cabinet officers live in fear of what kind of nonsense he’ll put out next on his infamous Twitter feed.
