The volleyball postseason got off to a rousing start Monday evening.
Liberty picked up a big win over Brookville, while Staunton River saw its season come to an early end, courtesy of William Byrd.
These guys can play some defense, too.
Staunton River showed that it is much more than an offensive circus in posting a 28-8 win over visiting William Byrd.

Two years ago, Staunton River played its final game of the season against Rustburg.
Some guys act tough.
Some guys ARE tough.

If all things are equal, the odds of winning something 18 consecutive times are one-in-262,144.
That’s if all things are equal. Such as with a coin flip.
Like a ninja, Liberty showed that it has numerous weapons at its disposal.
More importantly, the Minutemen showed they are adept at using such weaponry.
