  After watching their female counterparts lose on a last-minute goal, the Jefferson Forest Cavs got to experience an even more painful ending.  The lads fell to Jamestown on an Eagle goal with less than 20 seconds remaining on the field clock.

  Spring fever is not for everyone.  Particularly for prep jocks.

  Did February come early?

  Jefferson Forest might be a part of the Seminole, but there's another district of which the Lady Cav soccer team is growing exceedingly fond.  The Valley District threw three different opponents at JF during regional play.  The Lady Cavs prevailed in all three contests.
