Four matches into the 2011 schedule, the Staunton River volleyball team has already accomplished what it took a full season last year to accomplish: It has four wins.

In a reversal of fortunes, Staunton River topped defending Seminole champion Jefferson Forest, three games to two, in early-season volleyball action.
I received (yet) another goofy press release today. This one described the excitement generated by the naming of the stadium the New York Giants and New York Jets share.
Jefferson Forest will head to Staunton River with a lot on the line, even though it’s still technically summer.
