Farm Credit of the Virginias (FCV), a lending cooperative that serves Virginia, West Virginia and western Maryland, recently announced that Karly Webb assumed the role of operations support at the Roanoke branch.
Webb is a Bedford County, Va. native and was involved in FFA and DECA during her high school years. Webb also grew up involved in agriculture from a young age through her family’s cattle and crop farm.
Prior to joining the FCV team, Webb worked as a warranty and billing administrator in the forklift industry. Regarding her new position at FCV, she shared, “I am most excited to learn the routine of loan processing and I am happy to bring my enthusiastic personality to my role as well as the rest of the team here at FCV.”
Karen Wilcher, loan operations supervisor, said, “We are excited to welcome Karly to the loan operations team here at FCV. With her deep-rooted familiarity in both the agricultural and equipment industries in the local market, she brings great knowledge to her role at FCV as we continue to serve our customer-owners.”
In her spare time, Webb enjoys photography and working on cars, a pastime she picked up through working with her dad in her youth. She also enjoys reading and learning new things.
