Bedford town manager resigns

-A A +A
By John Barnhart

Bedford Town Council added a closed door session, not previously scheduled, to the end of their regular Tuesday night meeting. When Council came out of it's executive session, Town Manager Charles Kolakowski announced his resignation.

“I am hereby announcing my resignation as town manager,” Kolakowski said.

Kolakowski had been town manager for 11 years. The former City of Bedford hired him as city manager on 2006 and Kolakowski saw the city through it's reversion to town status. April 26 will be his last day.
