-A A +A
By John Barnhart

Last Tuesday, Bedford Town Council approved a performance agreement with Waukesha Development to redevelop Bedford Middle School and Old Yellow.
Under the agreement, Bedford Middle School will be converted to 50 market rate apartments and Old Yellow will become a boutique hotel. The middle school building was originally built as Bedford High School and first opened its doors in 1928. Old Yellow dates back to 1912 and served as a school until Bedford Elementary School was built in the 1980s.
